1.1 Age Requirement. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

1.3 Accurate Information. You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful personal information during the registration process and to update that information promptly if it changes. go177 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

4.5 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed or unused bonus funds that remain in a player's account beyond the stated validity period will be removed automatically. go177 is not obligated to remind players of expiring bonus funds.

5.1 Bet Acceptance. go177 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed at odds that were displayed in error, bets that exceed account-level or platform-level stake limits, or bets placed on events where go177 has reason to suspect manipulation or irregularity.

5.2 Odds Errors. In the event that incorrect odds are published due to a technical error or human error, go177 reserves the right to void all bets placed at those incorrect odds and to return stakes to the affected players. go177 will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct pricing errors promptly.

5.3 Settled Bets. Once a bet has been officially settled by go177, the result stands and the bet cannot be reversed, unless go177 subsequently determines that the bet was placed at erroneous odds, was placed on a manipulated event, or was placed in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

5.4 Cricket Betting Specifics. Cricket betting markets on go177 — including PSL match markets, international T20, ODI, and Test match markets — are governed by go177's Cricket Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. In the event of match abandonment, interruption, or result uncertainty, go177's Cricket Betting Rules will determine how affected bets are settled.
